2. Heard Mr.P.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application No.1834 of 2018 within a time frame.

4. It is seen from the records that the Original Applications filed in the year 2013 are being taken up for final disposal by the Central Administrative Tribunal. So, we are not in a position to give a direction as sought for in the Writ Petition. It is up to the petitioner to file necessary application before the Tribunal for earlier hearing of the application.

5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
