Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1960 praying to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 07.08.2019 in WMP.No.15673 of 2019 in W.P.No.15896 of 2019.

This petition has been filed alleging that, the order of this Court dated 07.08.2019 passed in WMP.No.15673 of 2019 in W.P.No.15896 of 2019 has not been complied with by the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mrs.M.Lalitha, learned Government Advocate submitted that subsequently, the order of this Court has been complied with and the suspension of the petitioner viz., Dr.S.Mahalingam, has been revoked and he has been reinstated into Government Service vide Ref.No.14808/SC1/1/2010 dated 20.02.2020. She has also produced the order copy, and the same is taken into file.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. Connected Sub-Application is also closed.
