The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel who filed the impleading petition in W.M.P.No.33100 of 2016.

2. The said counsel made a submission that, at the time of final hearing, the impleading petition was not listed and therefore he was not able to bring to the notice of this Court about the filing of the impleading petition. After disposal of the writ petition, the learned counsel found that the impleading petition was not taken up for hearing along with the writ petition.

3. Subsequently, it is found through the Registry that, the case papers of the impleading petition filed in W.M.P.No.33100 of 2016 itself was not available in the Registry and thereafter the W.M.P., was reconstructed and accordingly listed today.

4. In view of the fact that the impleading petition is now brought to the notice of this Court, the said petition is to be considered. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.33100 of 2016 is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out all necessary amendments and issue a fresh order copy to all the parties.
