ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the respondent's impugned proceedings made in Letter No.SeKuVa/PaMaNi/NiMa6/489777/2012 dated 23.11.2012, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment to any eligible or suitable post on compassionate ground forthwith.
