The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to take action on complaint dated 12.12.2017 given to the respondents, as well as registered online in the Web Site of Tamilnadu Police on 12.12.2017, acknowledged in Ref.No.Nar 1777529 dated 12.12.2017, by registering the FIR against the persons named in the complaint.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, till date, the third respondent police have not registered a complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
