This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following oder: The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by their father Mr.Chilikuri Raghavendra Rao, who died intestate on 26.03.1991 and his wife Mrs.Chilikuri Nirmala, died on 31.08.2001. Therefore, according to the petitioners, the petitioners alone are the legal heirs of the late Chilikuri Raghavendra Rao.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificates of his father Chilikuri Raghavendra Rao and his mother Chilikuri Nirmala, as Ex.P1 and Ex.P2. The legal heirship certificates of his father and mother have been produced as Ex.P3 and Ex.P4. A perusal of Exs.P3 and P4 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased Chilikuri Raghavendra Rao. The second petitioner had filed her consent affidavit expressing her no objection for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the first petitioner. The said consent affidavit has been marked as Ex.P11. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the first petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
