Challenging the prohibitory order dated 07.05.2012 passed by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent, by subsequent proceedings in Licence No.96 PAN No.AADFP6841P dated 22.06.2016, has permitted the petitioner to transact business as Customs Broker all over India. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the subsequent development pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed, recording the aforesaid submission made on the side of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
