O R D E R

Both the parties consented that warrant may be issued to the very same Advocate Commissioner, namely, Mr.K.Gowsik, Advocate, to visit the property with the help of the parent documents of both the parties. He shall give due notice to the parties.

2. Both the parties shall give necessary memorandum of instructions and on the said basis the property shall be surveyed. 3/6

3. The Advocate Commissioner shall complete his work within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Advocate Commissioner shall not express any opinion whatsoever on the documents that are before him.

4. The civil revision petition is allowed on consent. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
