ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.34131 of 2016, by order dated 29.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.07.2016 given by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and the respondent has passed an order on 01.09.2017 on the representation given by the petitioner.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is for the petitioner to work out his further remedy in the manner known to law.
