Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to amend the prayer of the writ petition and affidavit as "to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent dated 06.11.2024 in File No. 2024/0105/06/544558 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to pass a speaking order on her application dated 01.10.2024 by mentioning the correct new survey number of her property consisting of the dry land measuring 81 cents comprised in Old S.No.

89/2 situated at Kalleri Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and District and also to issue the Patta in favour of the petitioner on her new application within any reasonable time" instead of "to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner for the property consisting the dry land measuring 81 cents, comprised in Old S.No. 89/2, new S.No. 101/8 and 101/ 10, situated at Kalleri village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and District based on her application dated 01.10.2024 and representation dated 18.10.2024 within a stipulated time."
