This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct to the Third Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.226 of 2023 in M.P.No.731 of 2021 in M.C.No.195 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Third Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.226 of 2023 in M.P.No. 731 of 2021 in M.C.No.195 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
