It is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the present petition is filed to condone the delay in representing the appeal and not to condone the delay in filing the appeal and inadvertently, instead of "representation" it was mentioned as "filing" in the Petition and prays for treating the Petition as "petition filed for condoning the delay of 187 days in representing the Appeal". The same is accepted.
2.This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 187 days in representing the above appeal.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 187 days is condoned. 4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.
5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
