O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice to the official respondents. Since, no adverse orders is being passed against the Respondents, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property. Petitioner has already filed a suit as against the private respondent in O.S.No.206 of 2015, on the file of Sub Court, Namakkal. While being so, the private respondent executed a sale deed. The petitioner made a representation for cancellation of sale deed before the second respondent under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act. But, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner representation dated 24.11.2021 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021 will be considered by the Respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2021 and pass orders in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the Respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
