Common Prayer in all Writ Petitions :- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to letter No.SFIO/75/INV_STSL/2010-11/1902 dated 9th August 2010 in W.P.Nos.13639 to 13648, 13651/2013 and letter No.SFIO/75/ INV_STSL/2010-2011/2691 Dated 28/10/2010 in W.P.Nos.13650, 13652 to 13657 of 2013 issued by the third respondent, and declare the same to be void and illegal and quash the same insofar as it pertains to the petitioners and further direct the respondents herein to furnish to the petitioners the details of the persons to whom such notices were issued seeking information in respect

of the petitioners and return the information furnished by such persons to the petitioners with an undertaking that the same shall not be used by the respondents in any manner and further direct that the 1st and 2nd respondents to take necessary and appropriate action under law in this regard against the third respondent for the illegal acts.
