O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Suriya, aged about 20 years, to cause production of his wife before this Court.

2.The alleged detenue Suriya, wife of the petitioner is present with the child aged about 10 months.

3.It is not in dispute that the child was in the custody of the petitioner/father of the child. Having considered the age of the child, we are of the view that it would be just and reasonable to hand over the child to the mother/detenue, wife of the petitioner. Hence, an order was passed by this Court on 11.09.2015, directing the petitioner to be present with the child. Accordingly, today the child https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is handed over to the mother/the detenue herein. 4.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed.
