The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the complaint dated 28.12.2022 and in pursuance of order dated 21.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.7467 of 2023 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

2.Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 09.02.2024, the matter was posted under the caption 'for reporting compliance' today.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the F.I.R. has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.51 of 2024 on 15.02.2024. Thereafter, the investigation has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, F1 Chintadripet Police Station inorder to conduct investigation.
