JUDGMENT
Today, the parties have filed a Joint Memo of Compromise, in and by which the appellant had agreed to vacate the subject matter of the suit O.S.No.8 of 1998 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Vandavasi on condition that the respondent and her sister Megala execute a release deed in respect of the house site measuring 11 cents, which is alloted to the appellant and his three brothers in Thellar Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.
2. The appellant has agreed to vacate the property on the very same day on which the release deed is executed and registered by the respondent. Both the parties were present and they have also signed the Joint Memo of Compromise. The Joint Memo of Compromise is taken on file and the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of this Joint Memo of Compromise. The terms of the Joint Memorandum of 2/4
Compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition and Miscellaneous Petition are closed. No costs.
