Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification dated 4.10.2002 bearing No.BSNL/5/SR/2002 issued by

the first respondent and the two consequential endorsements dated 9.10.2002 and 21.10.2002 both bearing No.SR/1-22/2001-02 Vol.V both issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the first respondent to recognize the petitioner union as the representative union as far as members in Tamil Nadu Circle including the Secondary Switching Areas therein are concerned.
