capable of sorting out the issue with the respondent authority or file necessary proceedings in accordance with law. 2.We are, thus, not inclined to exercise the public interest jurisdiction and close the proceedings with liberty to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law, if she is so aggrieved.

3.Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.9355 of 2016 also stands closed.
