This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, in respect of issue of patta in his name for the village Grama Natham land, measuring 1 cents (436 sqft) in S.No.379/3, in Kadugupattu Village, Cheyyur Taluk, in the light of his representation dated 01.12.2021 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a limited time frame.
2.Heard Mr.G.Punniakoti, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
