JUDGMENT

The learned counsel who had earlier appeared on behalf of the appellant had reported to the Court on 02.08.2021 that they had returned the records to the appellant along with vakalat. The Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant and list the matter. Thereafter, the matter had come up twice and there was no representation on the side of the appellant. Today, when the matter is listed, there is no representation for the appellant either in person or through counsel. Therefore, the Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. No costs.
