ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The petitioner has questioned the show cause notice issued by the third respondent. This Court has already seen that the issue is covered by a judgment of the Division Bench, where the very question was answered against the petitioner. Since the writ petition is filed only against the show cause notice, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to reply
to the show cause notice and face the enquiry on merits before the State Level Scrutiny Committee. Consequently, W.M.P.No.1410 of 2023 is also dismissed. No costs.
