ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18764 of 2025, dated 25.10.2025 in Crime No. 60 of 2024 regularly.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 18764 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025, are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 03.02.2026 MSM 2/3
