ORDER

[This matter has been heard through video conference] When the matter has been taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself submitted that after filing of this writ petition, a public auction has been conducted and as such, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel, therefore, sought for permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition, however, with liberty to challenge the public auction conducted by the respondent corporation.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the auction, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs stand closed.
