These petitions have been filed;

(a) to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Krishnaveni Ammal in C.M.P.No.17951 of 2025 in C.R.P.SR.No.108682 of 2025; (b)to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Krishnaveni Ammal in C.M.P.No.17951 of 2025 in C.R.P.SR.No.108682 of 2025 and;

(c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Krishnaveni Ammal in C.M.P.No.17951 of 2025 in C.R.P.SR.No.108682 of 2025 and.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
