ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader, on instruction, submitted that the terminal benefits of the petitioner has been settled with interest.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has settled only DCRG along with interest and interest on the other terminal benefits such as General Provident Fund, encashment of Earned Leave, etc., has not been settled.

3.Neither from the representation given by the petitioner nor from the orders passed by this Court, there is clarity under which heads the petitioner was claiming interest for the terminal benefits. Unless there is a clarity, this Court cannot go into the legality of the order issued by the respondent. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation by clearly stating the heads under which interest is being claimed for the belated settlement of the terminal benefits. The same can be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
