J U D G M E N T

When this matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has no instructions from his client. In an earlier occasion also the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has written to parties and he is yet to get instructions. The same indicate that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal. This appeal is pending from the year 2012.

2. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
