In view of the litigation policy, since the Revenue's stake is less than the prescribed limit, the learned Special Government Pleader (Taxes) appearing for the Writ Petitioner/Revenue does not press the Writ Petition on merits. Nobody appears for the Respondent/Assessee to oppose the said request.

2. The Writ Petition is dismissed in view of the aforesaid submission. No costs.
