2.The petitioner had given a representation to the third respondent on 17.10.2024 seeking for removal of the alleged wrong entry made in patta No.2717. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. The petitioner also claims that a communication was sent
by the first respondent on 25.10.2024 to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2024. But till date, no final order has been passed by the third respondent.
3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 4 to 10, notice to the respondents 4 to 10 is dispensed with. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2024, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 10 and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2024 seeking for removal of the alleged wrong entry made in patta No.2717 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the
respondents 4 to 10 or any other third party whom the second respondent deems
