PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records of Respondent No.1 in Crime No.399 of 2015 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal, unsustainable, as there is no cognizable offence made out against the petitioners herein. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 399 of 2015, dated 22.10.2015 registered for the offence under Sec.341, 448 and 420 I.P.C. on the file of 1st respondent.

2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint has already been closed as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, he sought time to verify the same.

3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, confirmed that, after enquiry, F.I.R. has been closed under Sec.468 of Cr.P.C. and the report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chenglepet on 02.06.2017.

4. Considering those circumstances and submissions that the F.I.R. has been closed, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
