These three applications have been filed i) to condone the delay of 1421 days in filing the Application to set aside the abatement due to the death of the deceased plaintiff, ii) to set aside the abatement due to the death of the plaintiff and iii) to substitute the proposed plaintiff Mr.P.Gnana Baskara Guptha in the place of the deceased plaintiff as assignee of the deceased plaintiff in this suit.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.
