This petition has been seeking modification of the condition in paragraph No.5(b) of the order dated 20.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26284 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified with respect to the timing alone and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
