The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 420 IPC., and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that one Mr.Palanivelan, Office Assistant in Taluk Distribution Office, Namakkal, received money from 29 persons, for issuing family cards and that the petitioner was assisted the said Palanivelan for receiving the said money. Hence, the present complaint has been preferred.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner denies the allegation made against the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, but imposing stringent conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. 30.04.2015 skm CRL.
