Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to confer the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.90 dated 09.05.2018 by awarding selection grade or special grade in the scale of pay for the post of Primary School Headmasters on notional basis with payment of revised pension and other retirement benefits with effect from 01.03.2017 as per the orders passed in Review Application No.227 of 2015 batch of cases dated 09.12.2016 by taking note of the fact that the petitioners reached selection grade/special grade prior to 31.12.1995 without reference to any subsequent promotion to the petitioners with all attendant benefits. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to confer the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.90 dated 09.05.2018 by awarding selection grade or special grade in the scale of pay for the post of Primary School Headmasters on notional basis with payment of revised pension and other retirement benefits Page No.2 of 5
with effect from 01.03.2017 as per the orders passed in Review Application No.227 of 2015 batch of cases dated 09.12.2016 by taking note of the fact that the petitioners reached selection grade/special grade prior to 31.12.1995 without reference to any subsequent promotion to the petitioners with all attendant benefits.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that all the benefits payable to the petitioners have been settled in terms of G.O.Ms.No.90 School Education (SE 3(1) Department) dated 09.05.2018.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has acknowledged the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 31.07.2023 vm Index :
