This application praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased to pass an order to issue suitable directions to the respondent to execute a fresh lease deed in my faour in respect of the premises situated at Old No.11, New No.53, Stringers Street, George Town, Chennai 600 001 by fixing a reasonable rent.

This application praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased to set aside the Rental /Lease Deed dated 09/03/2020 in Dis.No.75/2021/VTC/OTHC executed by the respondent in respect of the premises situated at Old No.11, New No.53, Stringers Street, George Town, Chennai 600 001.

A.No.525 of 2021:

This application praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased to pass an order to stay the operation of the Rental/Lease Deed dated 09/03/2020 in Dis.No.75/2021/VTC/OTHC executed by the respondent in respect of the premises situated at Old No.11, New No.53, Stringers Street, George Town, Chennai - 600 108.

These applications are coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:

When the applications are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, submitted that the applicant had settled the matter by agreeing to pay the monthly rent of Rs. 55,000/- from 01.01.2021.

2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the applicant and the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, the applications are closed.
