Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to restore the drainage connection to the premises bearing No. 406/1-2 (623-1&2), Anna Salai, Thousand Lights, Chennai 600 006 (in WMP.No.4358/18) pending disposal of the above writ petition 3563/18 and; (ii) to restore the drainage connection to the premises bearing No.406/3-4 (623-3&4) Anna Salai, Thousand Lights, Chennai 600 006 (in WMP.No.4359/18) pending disposal of the above writ petition 3564/18 respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.HAMEED MOHIDEEN Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MRS.KARTHIKAA ASHOK Advocate for 1 & 2 respondents in both the petitions and MR.N.RAMESH Advocate for 3 & 4th respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in both these petitions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. The learned counsel has also made endorsements in the Court bundles, today, to that effect.
In view of the said submission and endorsements made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the above WMPs are dismissed as withdrawn.
