This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Vikravandi Police Station, Villupuram District to complete the investigation in the above case in Crime No.624 of 2024 and file a final before the concerned Court, within the time as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-State, on instructions, submitted that the second respondentPolice have already filed the negative charge sheet before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Villupuram.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Special Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Villupuram to serve RCS notice to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the Court below and work out his remedy. If such protest petition is filed, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for early disposal of the said petition and the learned Special Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, 2/4
