JUDGMENT

Ms.Janani, learned counsel representing Mr.R.Parthasarathy and Mr.R.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel on record for the plaintiff, would submit that she has received instructions from the plaintiff to withdraw the suit. The said statement is recorded.
