JUDGMENT

The learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal and has made the following endorsement:- "This Association may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to seek Review in writ petition/approach the Single Judge writ by individuals."
