] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 909 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 31.05.2019 in S.C.No.35 of 2014 on the file of the learned Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
