The petitioner has filed this Criminal revision case seeking, to set aside the order in M.C.No.264 of 2014, dated 20.11.2017 passed by the learned VI Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

By consent of both the parties, the revision is taken up for hearing. After perusing the petition and taking note of the legal contentions raised by the learned counsel for the respondent/father stating that the respondent is aged about 70 years and the petitioner has to perform the marriage of the two daughters and also taking note of the fact that the respondent / father is a non earning person and moreover, the petitioner herein is doing a Centering contract Job and earning of Rs.30,000/- per month. It is ordered that the petitioner shall pay the arrears of amount at the rate of Rs.2,500/- per month * Shall be Paid within two months from today (17/09/2018)and he shall continue to pay the * maintenance of Rs.2,500/- every month on or before 5th date in the English Clander month. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision petition is disposed of.
