This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3317 of 2010, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Court, Egmore @ Allikumlam, Chennai.

It is seen that the petitioner is arraigned as A3 and there are specific over tact as against him. The points raised by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner can be considered only during the trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3317 of 2010. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
