This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2016 seeking transfer of prison.

2. According to the petitioner, her husband is imposed life sentence of imprisonment and due to health conditions, she sought for transfer from Salem Central prison to Chennai Central prison.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submitted that the prayer sought has become infructuous, as the husband of the petitioner is now confined at Trichy prison.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
