Mr.M.T.Rajendiran, Tahsildar, Thiruporur Taluk, Kanchipuram District and Mr.S.Prakash Babu, Block Development Officer, Thiruporur Taluk, Kanchipuram District have appeared before this Court today and they have filed compliance reports stating that the cement road that had been laid in the property of the Petitioner has been fully removed. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement that the road, which had been laid in the property of the Petitioner, has been removed. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 2.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
