(in CMP.No.7303/17 in CMA.2315/15) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PA.SUDESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the claimant to permit him to withdraw the deposited amount with interest lying to the credit of MCOP No.232 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub-Court), Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for R2.

3. Considering the medical bills and the alleged future treatment to be taken, the claimant is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) from the deposited amount,

lying to the credit of MCOP No.232 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub-Court), Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.

5. Post the appeal on 04.09.2017.
