Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India praying to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the 4th respondent in connection with the impugned tender notification dated 17.11.2017 published in the Indian Express News Paper Coimbatore edition so far as it relate to the Food Storage Depot Egmore of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

The writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the issue involved in the present writ petition are akin to that of the issues decided by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.8202 of 2018 etc. However, in those writ petitions workman was not transferred by the management. However, in respect of the present writ petition, the workman was already transferred and therefore no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the other issues raised in this writ petition. If at all any grievance for the workman exist, who filed the present writ petition, it is left open to him to approach the competent authority to redress his personal grievances.

2. With these observation, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
