JUDGMENT

Mr.C.Gokulraj learned counsel representing Mr.Hariradhakrishnan, learned counsel on record for appellant in the captioned OSA submits that captioned 'Original Side Appeal' ['OSA' for the sake of brevity] is directed against an interim order in a suit on the Original Side of this Court but the main suit itself has since been withdrawn by the plaintiff [to be noted, plaintiff before the Hon'ble single Judge is appellant before us] and therefore, the captioned OSA and CMP thereat have become infructuous. Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
