CMP.No.352/2015 in SA.No.119/2004 RMJ This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners name T.N.Aghilan as 3rd appellant in the place of M.Kuppusamy Naidu, erstwhile President of 1st petitioner Committee. Mr.R.Venkatesh representing Mr.G.R.Swaminathan for respondent had no objection for this petition being allowed. Hence the petition is allowed.

The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment. Post the main appeal on 21/07/2015.
