The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to file an appeal before this Court against the judgment of acquittal dated 31.08.2016 made in S.C.No.83 of 2016 on the file of the learned Magalir Court (FTC), Erode.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
