ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide proper road facility opposite to S.No.64/1, Kaaraganapalli Village, Chennagiri Revenue Village, Soolagiri,

2. According to the petitioner, he hails from Chennapalli Revenue Village. The population in that Village would be around 1000. A mud road opposite to s.No.64/1 was laid by the Chennapalli Panchayat in the year 2013, after the repeated request of the Villagers to carry their agricultural produce. On account of rainfall, the mud road gets washed away and therefore, it has become very difficult for the Villagers to carry their agricultural produce. Hence, he made representations to the respondents. As they did not evoke any response, he has come up with this writ petition.

3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the writ petition, we dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner and to take appropriate action within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
